In Case of Payment Issues

If you're facing issues while purchasing a capsule, try removing your card and adding it back. If the issue persists, you can use The Camera Payment feature for a seamless checkout experience.

To remove your card, follow these steps:

  1. Press the three-line symbol in the top-left corner.
  2. Navigate to the Payments section.
  3. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
  4. Press the X next to the card you want to remove.
  5. A pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you want to remove your card — press OK.
  6. Once removed, you can add your card again.
